    Make it easy (e.g. the default) to search across all centers.

    I should not have to know (or care!) which center a person is technically affiliated with in order to find them. People travel a lot, news reports don't always specify, etc. One NASA!

    add vanity urls

    it would be cool to have more personal urls, like people.openNASA.com/jessykate. then it would look nice if i do, for example, include it in my email signature.

    Forms should use POST instead of GET

    The site currently uses GET instead of POST for submitting forms. This introduces browser-specific behaviour for maximum field lengths and can introduce odd caching interactions.

    HTTP cache control

    http://people.opennasa.com/edit should use a Cache-Control header to disable caching volatile content. It should definitely be something like "Cache-Control: private" to avoid people behind proxies being served content customized for other proxy users but should probably also just be a ... more

    Allow for search by "recently updated" and "most popular"

    I'm finding myself wanting to see the past 20 most recent updated profiles. The people.opennasa.com search page allows you to see the last few updates, but it'd be nice to expand this a bit.

    I find myself wanting to go back to someone I have recently searched for.
